Marshfield Building Project: We’ve Moved February 20, 2018
Forward Bank completed their move from 207 W. 6th Street, Marshfield to their new headquarter building located at 1001 N. Central Ave., Marshfield.
This beautiful new facility is the culmination of over 2 years of planning and hard work by many people inside the Forward Family and all the local contractors we used during the process.
Our new building is not like any other in the area, just as our team and approach to community banking is quite different! We have included more edgy design elements that you see more in tech companies, more brightness, and more new technology. We’ve also added features like the sit-to-stand desks, coffee bar, and expanded fitness center for our staff and employees that will be working for the businesses joining us in the building in April.
This will be a place all our employees visit for training. It is also going to become a place that different groups in the community can come to learn from us during seminars and other bank events. It is our hope that it becomes a centerpiece for this community.
Unique Office Space for Lease January 30, 2018
Over 15,800 vehicles per day drive past the new three-story professional building that will hold the headquarters of Forward Bank. Two local businesses are joining Forward in the new facility, and there is a unique opportunity for more to have offices there.
On the third floor, a suite of offices is being furnished for area businesses or visiting professionals to lease one office at a time. The single office lease structure is ideal for a start-up business or small manufacturer needing office space to meet with prospects. It is also perfect for professional service providers that would like to have hours in Marshfield on a weekly basis.

Marshfield Building Project: January January 16, 2018
Progress on our new Headquarters located at 1001 N. Central Avenue in Marshfield is visible with the Forward “F” now mounted on the building. The finish work inside the facility is moving quickly allowing us to plan for the big move.
We are moving our team in to the new building the weekend of February 17-18. The final schedule for the move is being finalized to minimize the amount of time our team must spend away from their families this weekend. To allow for the move and time to test our systems once we are in the new facility, we will be CLOSED on Presidents Day – Monday, February 19.
To provide you access to your accounts this weekend, our North Central Office drive-up will be open Saturday, February 17 until Noon. Don’t forget that you can access your accounts 24-7 using Mobile, Online or Voice Banking. Deposits can be made at the existing North Central Office ATM until March 3.

On the outside, most things look the same since last month, but on the inside….progress is being made! Flooring and paint is almost complete as we prepare for furniture to arrive. We can’t wait to show you!
Marshfield Building Project: November November 20, 2017
In late October the first layer of asphalt was completed. Since then, Mother Nature has not cooperated enough in order to lay the second and final layer of asphalt – temperatures need to be 45 degrees and rising. As a result, the second layer of asphalt will be completed in the Spring. However, the current layer will be completely durable for all winder needs and elements like plowing, salting, etc.
