Mark Brzeskiewicz has been promoted to Commercial Lender at Forward Bank. In his role as a Commercial Lender, Brzeskiewicz will focus on guiding businesses in the area through the borrowing process. His financial services experience spans 39 years.
His dedication to the community encompasses numerous activities and positions with the Phillips Area Chamber of Commerce including serving as Chamber President for 3 years. Brzeskiewicz also has been extremely involved with the school through speaking, coaching, and mentoring young athletes.

Sam Pritzl has been promoted to Vice President / Commercial Lender at Forward Bank who recognizes his ongoing contributions to the success of the Park Falls team.
In his role as VP/Commercial Lender, Pritzl will focus on guiding businesses in the area through the borrowing process. His experience in banking spans 16 years.
His dedication to the community includes co-founding and serving as President of the Park Falls Area Development Corporation. Pritzl has been active with various boards including the Flambeau Hospital, Park Falls Industrial Development Committee, Price County Development Association, and Park Falls Chamber of Commerce. He shares his heart with the community as the Founder and President of The Jonny Angel Foundation.

Tom Armstrong is continuing in a leadership role at Forward Bank as Senior Vice President/Market President.
In his role as SVP/Market President, Armstrong will lead the outreach efforts in the community and act as a resource for the Commercial Lenders in Park Falls and Phillips. He has extensive experience in banking spanning 34 years and gives back to the banking industry serving on the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.
His dedication to the community includes serving as the President of the City of Park Falls Revolving Loan Board, President of the Park Falls Little League Board, and as the Head Coach of the Chequamegon High School Baseball team.

Forward Bank and First National Bank have received approval from banking regulators to complete the purchase of all the deposit and loan relationships held by First National Bank.
As announced in December, Forward Bank will be assuming all the deposits and loan accounts of First National Bank. The banks are continuing the process of working with the customers in Phillips and Park Falls on the details of the transaction. The transition is expected to close on May 3, 2019.

Dates set for First National Bank of Park Falls Conversion March 22, 2019
Dates have been set for the conversion of First National Bank of Park Falls customers to Forward Bank. The offices of First National Bank will be closed at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 3 and will remain closed through the weekend. On Monday, May 6, offices in Park Falls and Phillips will open as Forward Bank.
All offices of Forward Bank will have normal business hours this weekend.
First National Bank customers have received welcome materials outlining key dates and details on the transition of their accounts. There will be some follow-up mailings for a few specific accounts and services sent shortly after the book. These will not apply to all customers.
If you are a current customer of First National Bank of Park Falls, we encourage you to open all correspondence from Forward Bank as it will contain information to help make the transition smooth.
