Heidi Reinhardt Promoted to Office Manager

Forward Bank is proud to announce the promotion of Heidi Reinhardt to Office Manager at our Medford location.

Her return to this leadership position reflects her strong connection to the team and continued dedication to Forward’s mission.

Heidi originally joined the retail team more than 10 years ago and served as Office Manager at the Medford office until December 2022, when she stepped away to spend time with her young children. The time away gave her a fresh perspective and renewed energy, which she brought with her when she rejoined Forward Bank as a Universal Banker in March 2025. She quickly reintegrated with her signature professionalism and warmth.
