Forward Bank Welcomes Brent Arndt as VP / Retail Director

Forward Bank is pleased to announce that Brent Arndt has joined the organization as Vice President / Retail Director. With more than 18 years of experience in the banking industry, Brent brings a strong foundation of leadership, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to customer service.

In his new role, Brent will lead the Retail, Cash Management, Non-Profit Banking, and Private Banking teams. He will focus on mentoring team members and enhancing the overall customer experience across Forward Bank’s retail footprint.

Brent’s educational background includes studies at Wisconsin Technical School, UW River Falls, and the Graduate School of Banking in Madison. His career journey has been shaped by a variety of roles, from mortgage brokerage and real estate sales to commercial analysis and lending, culminating in leadership positions that have prepared him to guide and grow retail banking operations.

Outside of work, Brent is deeply engaged in his community. He currently serves on the board for Aspirus Northwest Region and the Aspirus Medford Philanthropy Committee. Brent is also a passionate youth sports coach, actively involved in softball, baseball, and basketball. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and time outdoors, especially hunting and supporting youth athletics.
