Michelle Scharp Named Office Manager at Forward Bank in Park Falls

Forward Bank is pleased to welcome Michelle Scharp as the new Office Manager of its Park Falls location. In this role, Scharp will oversee day-to-day operations, support team development, and continue to strengthen relationships with customers throughout the community.

Scharp brings a diverse professional background with more than two decades of experience in customer service, accounting, and operational support. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong foundation in building relationships, managing processes, and supporting team success, all of which align with Forward Bank’s commitment to serving customers and communities.

Outside of work, Scharp is actively involved in her church and community. She volunteers at local events such as the annual Harvest Festival and supports fundraisers for youth programs and global missions through the Boys and Girls Missions Club. Earlier this year, she and her husband participated in a mission trip to Guatemala, helping build homes for families in need. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, fishing, hiking, quilting, and reading.
