Forward Bank Recognized as the Outstanding Philanthropic Organization

Forward Bank was recognized as the Outstanding Philanthropic Organization by the Marshfield Clinic Health System Foundation on May 22 at the Spirit of Giving Awards.

The annual Spirit of Giving Awards honors individuals, volunteer fundraisers and organizations that support Marshfield Clinic Health System’s (MCHS) mission. This year’s event awarded:

• Outstanding Volunteer Fundraiser to the Snoopy Pole Classic
• Outstanding Philanthropic Organization to Forward Bank
• Legacy of Philanthropy to Floyd and Patricia Hamus

Giving back to the communities is an essential part of the culture at Forward Bank. Forward has been a dedicated sponsor of many foundation events including Auction of Champions, Duel it Fore the Kids, and Comedy Against Cancer. Besides sponsored events, we’ve also donated to the summer research internship program on behalf of our customer’s participating in the Charitable Money Market Account (CMMA).

Many of our employees are also involved in programs and volunteer opportunities at the MCHS.
