Forward Bank is proud to announce the promotion of six team members, recognizing their leadership, commitment to customers, and dedication to strengthening the communities we serve.
Christopher Damerell has been promoted to Vice President / Private Banker. In this role, he will continue providing exceptional service to businesses and individuals in the Marshfield area, helping match deposit solutions to their unique needs.
Nathan Kunze has been promoted to Vice President / Senior Agricultural Loan Officer. He will continue working alongside Forward’s banking, insurance, and investment teams to provide solutions that support the real, day-to-day challenges local farm families face.
Aaron Leiby has been promoted to Vice President / Agricultural Loan Officer. He is committed to understanding and serving the unique needs of local farmers, collaborating across Forward to deliver practical financial solutions that support the agricultural community.
Justin Zahn has been promoted to Vice President / Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Manager. His leadership in leveraging data insights has helped Forward deliver smarter service, better outcomes, and more efficient operations, and he will continue expanding analytics capabilities that benefit both teams and customers.
Karen Beyer has been promoted to Assistant Vice President / Customer Support Director. She is dedicated to creating a positive experience for every customer, leading her team to provide responsive, reliable support and building strong connections through every interaction.
Rochley Gross has been promoted to Assistant Vice President / Fraud Manager. Focused on protecting both customers and the organization, he strengthens fraud prevention efforts while promoting safe and secure banking practices.
