Forward is excited to welcome Jeri Koester to the Forward Family as our new Chief Information and Technology Officer (CITO).
Koester is a forward-thinking technology executive with a proven track record of leading digital transformation, driving operational excellence, and delivering strategic IT initiatives. Most recently, she served as Chief Information and Digital Officer at Marshfield Clinic, where she led the organization’s digital health platform, cybersecurity efforts, advanced analytics, and enterprise IT strategy—resulting in millions in cost savings and major advancements in consumer engagement.
In her new role on Forward’s leadership team, Koester will lead our Cybersecurity, Data, Digital, IT, and Project Management teams, helping us stay secure, scalable, and innovative as we continue to grow.

Jeri is a lifelong resident of the Medford community and actively serves on several advisory boards, including the Wisconsin Governor’s AI Task Force and the Technology Business Management Board Council. Her accolades include the Wisconsin CIO ORBIE Award and the CIO100 Award, recognizing her outstanding contributions to healthcare IT.
