Jill Scheppler Returns to Forward Bank as Mortgage Sales Market Manager

Forward Bank is proud to welcome back Jill Scheppler as Mortgage Sales Market Manager at the Marshfield office. Jill will provide leadership to the mortgage lending team in Marshfield while continuing to work directly with clients in the homebuying process.

Born and raised in Marshfield, Jill has been helping people achieve their homeownership dreams since 2000. Her experience spans all areas of the mortgage industry including processing, underwriting, origination, and leadership but her true passion lies in building trusted relationships with clients and referral partners.

“I’m thrilled to be back at Forward and to be serving the community I grew up in,” said Jill Scheppler. “Helping people buy their homes is deeply rewarding, and I’m excited to support both our customers and the incredible team here in Marshfield.”

Jill originally spent 10 years at Forward Bank before exploring new opportunities. Her decision to return was driven by the strong bond she shares with the Forward team and the Marshfield community.

In addition to guiding the local mortgage team, Jill enjoys mentoring other lenders and supporting their growth and success. Outside of work, she stays active in the community through volunteering, enjoys spending time outdoors, and values time with her husband and their two adult children.
