Jason D. Lindeman, VP / Senior Agricultural & Commercial Loan Officer of Forward Bank, was recognized by the Wisconsin Bankers Association (WBA) for completion of the WBA BOLT Leadership Academy, a 15-month program of extensive industry and leadership education.
The Building Our Leaders of Tomorrow (BOLT) Leadership Academy is a program designed for highly motivated emerging bank leaders who have a desire to grow their leadership skills and industry knowledge, as well as foster a trusted network of community banking peers from across the state. The selected cohort members come from diverse business functions within the banking industry and various locations from throughout Wisconsin.
“The mission of the academy is about more than professional development, it’s about building confidence, strengthening relationships, and providing talented individuals with tools to lead with purpose,“ said Rose Oswald Poels, WBA president and CEO. “I am proud of what these bank leaders have accomplished and look forward to seeing the impact they will continue to make within their organizations, the industry, and the communities each serve.”
“Agriculture is built on strong leadership, hard work, and a commitment to the future” commented Dave Clark President of Forward Bank. “We’re proud of Jason for completing Leadership School and continuing to grow as a leader for our customers and communities.”
The BOLT Leadership Academy reflects WBA’s ongoing commitment to professional development of the industry’s future leaders.
Founded in 1892, the Wisconsin Bankers Association is the state’s largest financial industry trade association, representing 180 commercial banks and savings institutions, their branches, and nearly 30,000 employees.
