Forward Bank

Forward Bank has committed to purchasing the former Aspirus Clinic building in Rib Lake to begin providing services in the community.

Forward Bank announced in January 2022 the intention to enter the Rib Lake community to provide banking services. Since that time Laura Deuso joined the team as a Relationship Banker with the purpose of working in the new office when it is open.

Laura has been working in the Medford location of Forward Bank and will begin having limited office hours in Rib Lake beginning the end of July. She has also been meeting with businesses and individuals within the community leading up to the opening of the office.

“The response from the community has been outstanding,” stated Dave Clark, President of Forward Bank. “A key group of community members has been working with us to bring banking back to Rib Lake. We share in their feeling that a bank is an integral part of the success of rural communities and are excited to get our facility open. We are excited to quickly move through the remodeling process of the building and bring our style of service to Rib Lake.”
