Bill Pay payments are sent either electronically or by paper check, depending on the payee.

Electronic Payments

• Funds are withdrawn on the day the payment is sent
• Typically received within 1–2 business days

Check Payments

• Funds are withdrawn when the check is cashed
• Allow about 5 business days for delivery via USPS
• You can track delivery, and a copy of the check will appear in your account history once it’s cashed
• You can include invoice or account info in the memo line

Payments set up by 3:00 PM on a business day are sent the same day.
