Forward Bank Announces Five Officer Promotions

Allie Plessner and Mauricio Jaime have been promoted to Vice President. Aaron Leiby, Justin Zahn, and Steve Precour have been promoted to Assistant Vice President.

Allie Plessner has been promoted to Vice President / Director of Agency Business Development. In this role, she will continue to drive growth and innovation across Forward’s insurance services, building lasting client relationships and identifying new opportunities to serve the evolving needs of our communities.

Mauricio Jaime has been promoted to Vice President / Retail Manager, recognizing his consistent leadership in unifying Forward’s retail banking experience. Jaime works closely with Office Managers to develop cohesive customer service strategies, promote engagement, and support local outreach initiatives.

Aaron Leiby has been promoted to Assistant Vice President / Agricultural Loan Officer for his commitment to understanding and serving the unique needs of local farmers. Leiby collaborates with Forward’s banking, insurance, and investment teams to provide holistic financial solutions for the agricultural community.

Justin Zahn has been promoted to Assistant Vice President / Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Manager. Zahn’s leadership in leveraging data insights has helped Forward deliver smarter service, better outcomes, and more efficient internal operations. He will continue to expand analytics capabilities that benefit both teams and customers.

Steve Precour has been promoted to Assistant Vice President / Director of Commercial Insurance. His guidance and industry knowledge have been vital in growing Forward’s commercial insurance services. Precour remains focused on delivering responsive and personalized solutions that protect and empower local businesses.
