Heidi Reinhardt has been promoted to Office Manager and will lead the team serving the Medford area.

Reinhardt joined Forward Bank in 2012 as a Universal Banker. Her team approach in helping our customers quickly had her gaining project experience in all areas of banking that she brought back to her colleagues in Medford. As Office Manager, Reinhardt will guide the daily operations and set the outreach expectations for the team.

“I have been serving the Medford and Rib Lake communities for years by providing banking services and working with other businesses,” commented Heidi Reinhardt, Office Manager at Forward Bank. “I’m excited to add my style of leadership to the team dynamic in the Medford office.”

Reinhardt was in the financial services industry for 4 prior to joining the Forward team. She lives the mission by volunteering with Junior Achievement and the Medford Kiwanis.
